• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• All virtual items and currency in your account will be forfeited
• We are not obligated to provide any refund for unused virtual items

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or deleting the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
